"EVENT FACTS"

The 23rd Annual Cancun Travel Mart Mexico Summit, Sponsored by the Cancun Hotel Association, will be October 13-15, 2010 at the Cancun Convention Center.

The Schedule of Events is "strictly business" with an arrival/registration day, followed by two days of pre-scheduled business appointment periods. Buyers and Suppliers will be able to meet face-to-face with decision makers to discuss existing contracts, develop new packages and "fill-in" last minute winter/spring openings. 

Buyers are Tour Operators and Wholesalers Meeting Planners and Incentive Companies from the USA, Canada, Caribbean, Latin America, Asia/Pacific and Europe.

Suppliers are "Decision Makers" from ALL of Mexico.

Meetings are scheduled using SelectMatch™, the William H. Coleman, Inc. pre-scheduled business appointment scheduling system. SelectMatch™ only schedules PerfectMatch appointments - Buyer and Supplier mutual requests - and "Buyer Requests". This virtually eliminates "no-shows" and assures productive meetings.

BUYER Registration Fees are $125 for up-to 28 appointment periods, an Official Directory, a personalized Meeting Guide & Appointment Schedule and Appointment Schedule Summary Fax. NOTE: Buyer Registration Fees do NOT include hotel accommodations. Confirmed Buyer delegates will receive a list of participating host hotels and rates. Qualified Meeting Planners and Incentive Companies are "hosted" and registration fees are waived.  NOTE: After August 13th, Buyer delegate fees increase $50 per delegate.

SUPPLIER Registration Fees for one appointment schedule with up-to 28 appointment periods and one delegate included are US$1,460, plus $225 each additional delegate. Fees for two appointment schedules with up-to 56 appointment periods and one delegate included are US$1,860. Fees include one delegate. Fees also include the Appointment Schedule Summary Fax prior to the event, attendance at scheduled social functions, access to reduced rate air fares with participating airlines, airport transfers, and shuttle service between participating hotels. Registration fees for Suppliers that are NOT members of the Cancun Hotel Association or other Hotel Associations are higher: $1,660 and $2,060, includes one delegate.  Each additional delegate is US$225.  NOTE: After August 13th, Supplier delegate fees and booth fees increase $100 each.

MEDIA Registration Fees are US$1,500 and includes one delegate plus a Table-top during the Marketplace.  Each additional delegate is US$225 per delegate.

Discounted Fares are provided by American Airlines, the Cancun Travel Mart Mexico Summit Official AirlineMexicana Airlines and other airlines serving Cancun are participating carriers.

Discounted Hotel Rates for early arrivals and extensions are available.
