transportation for Registered and Confirmed delegates attending the 23rd Annual
Cancun Travel Mart Mexico Summit taking place in Cancun, Mexico,
October 13,
14 and 15, 2010.
American Airlines encourages delegates to book their
flights as soon as possible since flights are looking full this time of the
year.
American Airlines will be offering the following round
trip airfares to Cancun (excluding taxes/surcharges):
· $275 USD from the USA and Canada
· $375 USD from the Caribbean
· $500 USD from Europe, Asia, the Pacific,
and Latin America
These fares on American Airlines DO NOT
include taxes/surcharges or $30 Ticketing Fee. You must call AA to
obtain these taxes and fuel surcharges that are in addition to the
base fare.
The following Conditions/Restrictions
apply:
· Travel is authorized for the dates of
October 6 - October 25, 2010 ONLY.
· Tickets are not refundable and changes cannot be made once issued.
· Tickets must be issued by AA and are valid on AA only - no codeshare
or one world carriers.
· Travel is valid in coach class only with no upgrades.
·
No deviations or stopovers allowed.
· No AAdvantage mileage may be accrued.
· All passengers must have a Registration Number (provided by William. H.
Coleman, Inc.) at the time of booking.
· Booking class - Q
only.
· A $30 USD Ticketing Transaction Fee will apply per
reservation.
