Anniversary, October 15, 16, 17, 2012 at the Cancun
Convention Center. We realize it’s early in the year, and
October seems a long way away, but we want to be sure you put us on
your calendar! Several new ideas were added in 2011 that helped
Cancun Travel Mart Buyers and Suppliers get even more value from
this important business development Event, and even more changes are
planned for this year!
Surveys and interviews prove that Cancun Travel Mart
continues to be one of the most cost effective and valuable business
development opportunities of the year. Almost all of the Buyers who
attended last year’s Cancun Travel Mart reported that the
event was very productive and valuable for them, and that they will
come back in 2012.
The unique Cancun Travel Mart “strictly business”
format includes two (2) full days of pre-scheduled appointments with
the Suppliers that you request to see!!! These are the
“decision makers” who can make “rates & dates decisions”
representing destinations from All of Mexico, in one place,

As in prior years, the Buyer Fee of $150 per delegate
will be waived for qualified Meeting & Incentive
Planner Buyers!!
We will provide Meeting & Incentive Planners with hotel accommodations at a
participating hotel for the three nights of the event
(October 15, 16 and 17). Rooms are limited and are assigned
on a first-come first-served basis. Qualified
Meeting & Incentive Planners also receive as many as 28
Perfect Match
and Buyer Requested pre-scheduled appointments; Welcome
Reception & Dinner; VIP hospitality at all social functions; a CD
“computer ready” Directory of participants; your personal Meeting
Guide and Appointments Schedule; attendance at all business
sessions; Café admittance; Working Lunches; Airport Transfers
(October 15 and 18 only); Opening Ceremony &
Destination Update attendance; special hotel rates at host hotels;
and discounted round-trip airfares on participating airlines.

is limited to select Meeting & Incentive Planners and

subject to approval by William H. Coleman, Inc. and the Cancun Hotel

qualifications and space availability requirements are not met or for any
reason at their discretion.

processed and confirmed quickly and easily – on the web site, or by
E Mail or Phone; you receive “Personal Briefings” when you
pick up your credentials in Cancun including your Appointments
Schedule and Meetings Guide; and you will receive an E-Mail summary
of your pre-scheduled appointments the week before you leave for
